Old Bar is located between Forster and Port Macquarie, a comfortable 2 hour drive north of Newcastle and 1 hour south of Port Macquarie. We are 3 hours from the northern suburbs of Sydney. Old Bar is the closest beach to the North Coast Freeway after leaving Sydney, 8 mins from the Taree exit.

Chiltern Lodge is 5 minutes drive from the seaside haven of Old Bar Beach and 10 minutes from the River City of Taree with its modern under-cover shopping Centres.

Air time from Sydney to Taree is approximately 40 minutes. Courtesy transport is available if required.
